What was the reason you got banned (State the reason of the ban, not how unjust and whatever else you got. Reason of Ban only):
Who was the admin that banned you:
Was there any other ->EPC<- Members on at the time ? If so (and you can remember who), who ?:
Finally; Explain to us the situation leading up to the Ban on the server from your perspective.:
When you've filled all this out, please have your GUID ready and waiting somewhere, either on your PC or paper or w/e. We most probably will be needing the GUID in order to lift/edit your ban (IF we decide to).
Do not write your GUID up on the forums. Wait for an answer to your post and PM the Admin taking care of your case directly via the forums, or by some IM utility.
Last but not least. If you want a chance at being unbanned Avoid swear words and insulting statements. We're all grown ups here, while either party may have acted childish, lets put that aside now and try to resolve the situation.
If your post contains something along the lines of, or similar to; Hey, I got banned from your fucking server by some noob ass admin who thought he owned the whole world. Fucking unban me asap, fags!. - You obviously won't even get an answer.
